Vektorea is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI visibility intelligence platform. Our Services analyze how artificial intelligence systems (including large language models and answer engines) may interpret, reference, cite, or compare brands, content, and entities based on available data.

5. Accounts If you create an account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
6. Data Inputs and Outputs Your Data
You retain ownership of any content, URLs, documents, or data you submit to Vektorea (“Input Data”).By using the Services, you grant Vektorea a limited, non-exclusive license to process Input Data solely to provide and improve theServices.AI-Generated Outputs Vektorea outputs are: Generated using probabilistic systems Based on third-party AI models and publicly available or licensed data Subject to variability, bias, and change over time Outputs are provided “as-is” for informational purposes only and should not be treated as factual guarantees, legal advice, or definitive representations of any AI system’s behavior.
7. No Affiliation or Endorsement Vektorea is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity, or any other AI or search provider unless explicitly stated in writing. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Intellectual Property All Site content and Services, including software, branding, dashboards, methodologies, frameworks, and visualizations, are the exclusive property of Vektorea or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or reference third-party tools, platforms, APIs, or data sources. Vektorea is not responsible for: Changes in third-party systems Downtime or errors caused by third-party providers How external AI models choose to generate responses

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vektorea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Vektorea’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vektorea in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
